It's been a very busy year so far, with two new albums I'm proud to be a part of, blues festivals, tour dates, analog production, and a lot of teaching in person and online. Within the walls of my studio, life is good.
The new albums are both out of Bentonia, Mississippi. Two albums recorded in two afternoons with Jimmy “Duck” Holmes at the historic Blue Front Cafe. It is a profound honor to have worked on these projects with a living legend of music, who has been a mentor and inspiration to me for the last six years.
