Thank you for visiting THE CENTER OF SOUND AND MUSIC, which is a new analog-digital hybrid space for creativity and connection. 

Essentially, this is where I do most of my work from - on tape, on paper and online... and I want to share it with you in a way that I hope will create its own momentum. 

My intention is to bring all the work that I do as a teacher and musician, along with the people I connect with, into a supportive, harmonious community. I plan to post things here weekly - including new tablature from classes, all analog home recordings, writing on the creative process and video supplements to workshops. There is already an abundance of exclusive music and tablatures that go back to 2020 - handwritten guitar tabs of artists like Skip James, Robert Belfour, Boubacar Traoré and all analog recordings produced on cassette and reel to reel... Your support helps it all continue to unfold...

We live in a very public, performative culture, but much of what I love about music (studying, practicing, writing, producing) actually unfolds organically in relative privacy. I would love to share my favorite parts of the process with you and I hope that it might make our lives a little bit brighter along the way.
